Our assessment system provides extensive analysis and evaluation of each player in relation to 15 critical career and life skills. We collect data for each player after each esports match of one or more of the critical skills.

Our assessment system provides extensive analysis and evaluation of each player in relation to 15 critical career and life skills. We collect data for each player after each esports match of one or more of the critical skills. We use a balance of self reporting, peer reporting, and coach reporting to collect the data, which is then used to produce full evaluation reports for each player.
TRAINING
Based on evaluation reports, players are provided opportunities to be trained in the critical skills on which they need the most improvement. For example, if a player is low on “Individual goal setting,” the player can be provided with training about individual goal setting during the next esports match.
Team Dashboard
Each team is provided with a dashboard that is dynamically updated in real-time to show the skill levels of each team member along with a total team aggregate chart.
