Our System

ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION

Our assessment system provides extensive analysis and evaluation of each player in relation to 15 critical career and life skills. We collect data for each player after each esports match of one or more of the critical skills. We use a balance of self reporting, peer reporting, and coach reporting to collect the data, which is then used to produce full evaluation reports for each player.

TRAINING

Based on evaluation reports, players are provided opportunities to be trained in the critical skills on which they need the most improvement. For example, if a player is low on “Individual goal setting,” the player can be provided with training about individual goal setting during the next esports match.[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_2″ _builder_version=”4.4.8″ background_color_gradient_direction=”90deg” background_image=”https://wethinkteams.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/DSC_0091.jpg” custom_padding=”120px|10%|120px|80px” custom_padding_tablet=”|10%||10%||true” custom_padding_phone=”” custom_padding_last_edited=”on|tablet” custom_padding__hover=”|||”][et_pb_divider show_divider=”off” _builder_version=”4.4.8″ height=”100px” height_tablet=”300px” height_phone=”200px” height_last_edited=”on|phone” locked=”off”][/et_pb_divider][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=”1_5,3_5,1_5″ use_custom_gutter=”on” gutter_width=”1″ make_equal=”on” padding_top_bottom_link_1=”true” padding_top_bottom_link_2=”true” admin_label=”Two CTA Row” module_class=” et_pb_row_fullwidth” _builder_version=”4.4.8″ width=”100%” width_tablet=”100%” width_phone=”” width_last_edited=”on|desktop” max_width=”100%” max_width_tablet=”100%” max_width_phone=”” max_width_last_edited=”on|desktop” custom_padding=”0px|0px|0px|0px” make_fullwidth=”on”][et_pb_column type=”1_5″ _builder_version=”4.4.8″ background_color_gradient_direction=”90deg” background_enable_image=”off” custom_padding=”120px|80px|120px|10%” custom_padding_tablet=”|10%||10%||true” custom_padding_phone=”” custom_padding_last_edited=”on|tablet” custom_padding__hover=”|||”][/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”3_5″ _builder_version=”4.4.8″ background_color_gradient_direction=”90deg” background_enable_image=”off” custom_padding=”120px|80px|120px|10%” custom_padding_tablet=”|10%||10%||true” custom_padding_phone=”” custom_padding_last_edited=”on|tablet” custom_padding__hover=”|||”][et_pb_text admin_label=”Title” _builder_version=”4.4.8″ text_text_color=”#272727″ text_font_size=”18px” text_line_height=”2em” header_2_text_color=”#8cc63f” header_2_font_size=”40px” header_2_line_height=”1.4em” header_5_font=”Rubik|700||on|||||” header_5_letter_spacing=”5px” header_5_line_height=”1.2em” background_layout=”dark” max_width_tablet=”” max_width_phone=”” max_width_last_edited=”on|tablet” custom_margin=”|||” custom_margin_tablet=”|70px||70px” custom_margin_phone=”|50px||50px” custom_margin_last_edited=”off|desktop” custom_padding=”|||40px” text_line_height_last_edited=”off|desktop” header_2_font_size_tablet=”” header_2_font_size_phone=”30px” header_2_font_size_last_edited=”on|phone” border_color_all=”#66fcf1″ locked=”off” inline_fonts=”Sacramento”]
